 Braised Beef with Beer

Ingredients:
- 300g beef
- 50g carrot
- 25g onion
- 5 slices ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 8 tablespoons beer
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation: (5 min)
- Cut carrot in halves lengthwise and cut each half in 1/2-inch-thick
diagonal slices
- Cut onion and garlic into thick slices
- Cube beef
Instruction: (35 min)
- Put beef in boiling water and cook for 1 min
- Remove and wash clean
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Add ginger, garlic, onion and stir-fry until fragrant
- Add tomato sauce, beef, soy sauce, sugar, beef and bring to a boil
- Add carrot, pepper powder, salt and cover tightly
- Simmer for 30 min and serve
