 Mutton with Onion

Ingredients
- 300g mutton
- 30g onion
- 8 stalks spring onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation (5 min)
- Cut mutton into thin slices and marinate in soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon
cornstarch for 10 min
- Cut onion and garlic into thin slices
- Cut spring onion into sections
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch with water as sauce
Instruction (5-10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Slide in mutton and stir-fry with high heat for 1 min
- Remove mutton and set aside
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until hot
- Add onion, garlic, spring onion and stir-fry for 2 min
- Return mutton to wok and pour in sesame oil, vinegar, sugar
- Stir-fry for another 2 min
- Pour in mixed cornstarch sauce
- Stir until well combined and serve
