 Stir-Fried Mutton

Ingredients
- 400g mutton
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 5 slices ginger
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/3 teaspoon rice wine
- 1/3 Szechuan hot bean sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation (5 min)
- Cut mutton into thin slices
- Chop ginger, red chili pepper
- Slice garlic
- Cut spring onion into sections
- Mix cornstarch with water as sauce
Instruction (5-10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Add ginger, garlic, Szechuan hot bean sauce, and mutton
- Pour in rice wine and stir-fry with high heat until mutton changes color
- Sprinkle in red chili pepper, spring onion, salt and stir-fry until cooked
through
- Pour in mixed cornstarch sauce and sesame oil
- Stir until well combined and serve
