 Pork with Carrot

Ingredients
- 200g pork
- 400g carrot
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 300g vegetable oil (consume 50g only)
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 teaspoons sweet fermented flour sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation (5 min)
- Cube pork and carrot
- Marinate cubed pork in 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch and
water
- Mix sweet fermented flour sauce, soy sauce, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, rice
wine, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, and water as sauce
Instruction (10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Slide in cubed pork and stir-fry until cooked through
- Remove pork and set aside
- Heat vegetable oil until hot and fry cubed carrot until cooked through
- Remove carrot and set aside
- Heat sesame oil until hot
- Pour in prepared sauce and stir until thickened
- Add carrot and pork
- Stir until well combined and serve
