 Steamed Eggplant with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant (around 350g)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 stalk cilantro
- 8 cloves garlic
Preparation: (5 min)
- Chop cilantro
- Peel the eggplant and cut into the thick strips
- Crush garlic in a mortar and pestle
Instruction: (30 min)
- Put eggplant in a steamer and steam for 25 min
- Remove and drain well
- Add sesame oil, garlic, salt, sesame paste and cilantro to eggplant
- Stir until well combined and serve
