 Pork with Preserved Vegetable

Serves 2 to 3 and ready in 45-50 min

Ingredients:
- 1kg pork belly with skin
- 200g dried preserved vegetable
- 1kg vegetable oil (consume 2 tablespoons only)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation: (10 min)
- Soak dried preserved vegetable in warm water and wash clean
- Chop preserved vegetable
- Put pork belly in water and cook with high heat until almost cooked
- Remove pork belly, drain and apply soy sauce on top
Instruction: (35-40 min)
- Heat vegetable oil until hot
- Put pork belly in wok with skin facing downward and fry until dark red
- Remove and drain
- Cut pork belly into thick slice and place in a bowl with skin facing down
- Put preserved vegetable on top and pour in soy sauce
- Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 30 min or until tender
- Take out the bowl and put a plate on top of it
- Turn the bowl with the plate over and remove the bowl
- Make sure pork belly is on top of preserved vegetable in the plate and
serve
