 Spare Ribs and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients
- 200g spare ribs
- 400g winter melon
- 5 slices ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation (5 min)
- Cut spare ribs into chunks about 3 cm long
- Slice winter melon into 1/2cm thick
Instruction (45-50 min)
- Put spare ribs in boiling water
- Add 2 slices ginger, rice wine and cook for 1 min
- Remove spare ribs and set aside
- Place spare ribs in a pot and add ginger
- Bring to boil with high heat and remove foam
- Cover tightly and reduce heat to simmer for 40 min
- Add wine melon slices and cook through
- Add salt, sesame oil and serve
