In cooking of this dish, chili peppers are stir-fried until the skin is seared and patterned like tiger. That's how the dish got the name.
 Tiger Skin Chili Pepper
Feature: sour, slightly spicy & sweet
Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 10-15 min

Ingredients
- 200g chili peppers (red, green, or both)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation (5 min)
- Cut chili peppers into halves and remove seeds
- Mix vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine as sauce
Instruction (5-10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil until hot
- Add chili peppers and reduce heat to simmer
- Press chili peppers on wok constantly and stir-fry until gray spots show
up on the skin
- Pour in prepared sauce
- Stir until well-combined and serve
