 Cold Poached Chicken with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 1kg)
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 5 slices ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation (5 min)
- Mince ginger, spring onion and put in a bowl
- Crush garlic in a mortar and pestle
- Add salt, vinegar and sesame oil in the bowl
Instruction (35 min)
- Put chicken in hot water and simmer for 30 min
- Remove chicken, cut it into chunks and place in a plate
- Add some chicken soup in the prepared bowl from the cooking pot and stir
- Pour the bowl content evenly on top of the chicken and serve
