 Stewed Mutton with Radish

Ingredients
- 400g mutton
- 100g radish
- 10g cinnamon bark
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 5 slices ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation (15 min)
- Cube mutton and soak in cool water for 15 minutes
- Cut radish into medium chunks
- Slice garlic
- Cut spring onion into sections
Instruction (40-50 min)
- Cook mutton in boiling water for 10 minutes
- Remove, rinse and drain
- Place mutton in a pot and fill with 4 cups water
- Add cinnamon bark and bring to a boil over high heat
- Skim off foam
- Cover tightly, reduce heat to simmer and cook for half an hour
- Add radish, ginger, spring onion, rice wine and salt
- Cook until radish is tender and serve
