 Dry Fried String Beans
Feature: spicy & dry
Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 20-25 min

Ingredients:
- 500g string beans
- 20g minced pork
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 10 dried red chili peppers
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons rice wine
- 1 teaspoon soy suace
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation: (5 min)
- Cut string beans into medium sections and drain well on paper towels
- Mince garlic
Instruction: (15-20 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Slide in string beans and stir-fry for 3 min
- Leave oil in wok, remove string beans and drain
- Reheat remaining oil and stir in minced garlic, pork
- Pour in rice wine and soy sauce
- Remove wok contents and set aside
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Add fried string beans and stir-fly with low heat until cooked thoroughly
- Return prepared sauce and stir in dried red chili peppers
- Sprinkle in salt and serve
