Dry Fried String Beans

Feature: spicy & dry
Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 20-25 min

Ingredients:

  • 500g string beans
  • 20g minced pork
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 10 dried red chili peppers
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoons rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon soy suace
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation: (5 min)

  • Cut string beans into medium sections and drain well on paper towels
  • Mince garlic

Instruction: (15-20 min)

  • Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
  • Slide in string beans and stir-fry for 3 min
  • Leave oil in wok, remove string beans and drain
  • Reheat remaining oil and stir in minced garlic, pork
  • Pour in rice wine and soy sauce
  • Remove wok contents and set aside
  • Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
  • Add fried string beans and stir-fly with low heat until cooked thoroughly
  • Return prepared sauce and stir in dried red chili peppers
  • Sprinkle in salt and serve
