 Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork

Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 15-20 min

Ingredients
- 200g shredded pork
- 70g soaked black fungus
- 30g pickled chili pepper
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 slices ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation (10 min)
- Marinate shredded pork in 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
with some water
- Mince ginger, garlic, and spring onion
- Mix sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, minced ginger, garlic, spring onion,
and cornstarch with some water as sauce
- Shred black fungus thinly
Instruction (5-10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Slide in shredded pork and stir-fry for a few seconds
- Add pickled chili pepper and stir-fry until pork changes color
- Stir in black fungus and pour in prepared sauce
- Stir until well-combined and serve
