 Chicken with Snow Peas

Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 25-30 min

Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 300g green bean
- 50g carrot
- 1 egg
- 5 slices of ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation (15 min)
- Cut chicken breast into thick strips and marinate in 1/2 tablespoon salt,
1 teaspoon cornstarch and egg white for 15 min
- String snow peas
- Cut carrot into thin slices
Instruction (10-15 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Slide the chicken in and stir-fry until it changes color
- Remove the chicken and drain
- Reheat the remaining oil until hot
- Add ginger and stir-fry until aromatic
- Add snow peas, carrot, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir-fry until cooked
thoroughly
- Stir in chicken and serve
