Chicken with Snow Peas

Serves 1 to 2 and ready in 25-30 min

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 300g green bean
  • 50g carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

 

Preparation (15 min)

  • Cut chicken breast into thick strips and marinate in 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and egg white  for 15 min
  • String snow peas
  • Cut carrot into thin slices

 

Instruction (10-15 min)

  • Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
  • Slide the chicken in and stir-fry until it changes color
  • Remove the chicken and drain
  • Reheat the remaining oil until hot
  • Add ginger and stir-fry until aromatic
  • Add snow peas, carrot, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir-fry until cooked thoroughly
  • Stir in chicken and serve
