 Chicken with Red and Green Pepper

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 5 slices of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation (10 min)
- Cut garlic into thin slices
- Cut red and green bell peppers into thick strips
- Cube chicken breast and marinate in 1/2 tablespoon salt for 5 min
Instruction (5-10 min)
- Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
- Add ginger and garlic to wok and stir-fry until aromatic
- Slide the chicken into the wok and stir-fry for 20 seconds
- Add in green and red pepper strips and stir-fry for 2-3 min
- Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon rice wine and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
in the wok, and serve
